Accommodation Details

SITTING ROOM
A spacious sitting room with original elm floors and fire place with wood burner and two large Victorian sash windows overlooking the harbour and mountains beyond.

KITCHEN & DINING
Large, open plan fully fitted kitchen dining room (with a Range master gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and Nespresso Coffee machine); the dining table seats 6-8 people with a great seating arrangement using an old church pew from the village church. French doors lead onto the private back garden and lawn.

BEDROOMS
2 bedrooms on the first floor (two king sized doubles) with a further attic twin bedroom / T.V room (a great teenage escape). The front bedroom has a view of the harbour and the back bedroom a view of the pretty private back garden.

BATHROOMS
2 family sized bathrooms (one on the ground floor with a fantastic shower).

UTILITY
Downstairs Utility room fitted with washing machine clothes drying area and storage area).

PARKING
On the road, right outside the house or alternatively ample parking is available in Borth Y Gest Car Park opposite the house.
